KRS utilizes modern, GPS-guided grading systems, and telematics-connected heavy equipment. During active site operations, we monitor:

• Machine coordinates and boundary containment logs.
• Compaction pass numbers, vibratory frequencies, and soil moisture telemetry from vibratory rollers.
• Fuel burn diagnostics and idle profiles for fleet logistics.

This operational telemetry is utilized solely to guarantee structural compliance (MoRTH standards), verify billing milestones, and optimize operator safety. It is never shared with third-party advertising profiles.

3. Data Sharing Restrictions

We operate on a zero-disclosure baseline. Your project drawings, layouts, and cost estimates will not be shared with competing developers or third-party brokers. Data sharing only occurs under:

• Regulatory Directives: Filing official measurement sheets (M-Books) with the Public Works Department (PWD) or National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as mandated by contract guidelines.
• Authorized Partners: Submitting geotechnical profiles to licensed QA laboratories or structural consultants directly engaged on the site.

4. Security & Retention

Physical documents, including field notes, survey records, and signed contracts, are maintained securely at our Kuniamuthur Yard office in Coimbatore. Digital assets are stored on access-restricted servers. We retain project archives for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy regulatory subcontractor audit trails.
